Human Sports Therapy, is a soft tissue therapy using a variety of therapeutic and dynamic hands on applied directly to the person's musculature and soft tissues. You will be treated to a bespoke postural assessment and treatments using specialised massage, soft tissue, muscle energy techniques and myofascial cupping to release muscular tension, correct fascia imbalances and alleviate pain.
INITIAL CONSULTATION & TREATMENT
An initial consultation, postural assessment and sports therapy treatment focussed on the specific problem areas. We will create and guide you through any relevant exercises, stretches and recommendations as part of your after care plan.

Huquine Sports Therapy, can offer unique packages for both yourself and your horse, providing a discounted rate for the combined treatment for your horse and rider. This is tailored to your horse's and your needs to provide a bespoke treatment and after care plan.
